Rajdeep comes from an IT Management and Data Analytics background and is transitioning her IT and data skills into the mental health field. Her professional background and Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science gives her the advantage to analyse and identify trends, patterns and insights that can improve treatment plans and outcomes for both individuals and organisations. Currently Rajdeep is working towards becoming a Registered Counsellor as well as developing workshops for businesses to meet and satisfy organisational goals and performance.
Rajdeep has the natural ability to connect with people of different backgrounds because of her understanding of multiculturalism. This ability comes from the opportunity she has had of living and growing up in different parts of the world and connecting with all types of individuals from an early age.
