Friday Reflections 1608

Aug 16, 2024

Happy Friday everyone. Here’s something to reflect on over the weekend perhaps…

Today’s read is about 12-15 minutes. Post-read pondering not included. Meaty one today – AI and ethics. Topical subject for many, and it can feel like we are sliding down a slippery slope. Somewhere in the background ethics play a part as well, although not only do we have to worry that some organisations may choose to avoid them altogether, but even getting consistency among those who do wish to follow them seems a challenge. Watch this space I guess.

Last week’s riddle question and answer; Every two weeks, a man sits down and writes two words on 60 sheets of paper. Why does he do this? The man owns a business with 60 employees. He is signing his name on their payroll checks. – Old school I know…

This week’s riddle is;  A man pushes his car until he reaches a hotel. When he arrives, he discovers he is bankrupt. What happened?

Time for a moment to reflect, I think.
